How do I place an order?

Pick a product, click "Add to Cart," then go to checkout to confirm your address and payment method.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer (via SSLCommerz), plus Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Online payments are processed through SSLCommerz's secure, licensed gateway. We never store your card details.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 1-3 business days inside Dhaka, and 3-7 business days outside Dhaka.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on your division and district and is calculated automatically at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible before your order enters processing.
